**El rol**:
- En ORBIDI no paramos de crecer y necesitamos incorporar a un nuevo Suscriptions Service Manager que lidere el diseño, desarrollo y entrega eficiente de los servicios de suscripción de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Asegurar que los servicios de suscripción se desarrollen y entreguen de manera efectiva, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y satisfaciendo las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes suscriptores.
**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para diseñar y desarrollar nuevos servicios de suscripción, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando la viabilidad técnica y operativa de las propuestas.
- Liderar el desarrollo de proyectos relacionados con la creación, mejora o expansión de servicios de suscripción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y objetivos establecidos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de producto, CS y operaciones, para coordinar la entrega efectiva de los servicios de suscripción, asegurando una comunicación clara y una colaboración eficiente.
- Implementar procesos y procedimientos de control de calidad para garantizar que los servicios de suscripción cumplan con los estándares establecidos y las expectativas de los clientes, identificando y resolviendo proactivamente cualquier problema o defecto.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de desarrollo y entrega de servicios de suscripción, implementando cambios y soluciones para aumentar la eficiencia, reducir costos y mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Gestionar el servicio de post producción de acuerdo a los ANS definidos.
- Estructurar los procesos y procedimientos que se requieran para gestionar el servicio adecuadamente y asegurar que se implementen en las herramientas.
- Planear la capacidad de recursos requeridos para cumplir con los objetivos mensuales ( humanos, herramientas, tecnología, etc.)
- Participar en los procesos de Selección y contratación para su área, cuando sea requerido.
**Lo que te hará triunfar**:
- Formación como Ingeniero/a de Sistemas, Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o carreras a fines.
- Experiência mínimo de 3 años en labores similares.
- Sentido de urgencia, Planificación y Organización, Servicio al cliente, Orientación al logro, Comunicación Asertiva, Pensamiento estratégico, Empatía, Trabajo en equipo, Adaptabilidad y Flexibilidad y Agilidad - Nível de Ejecución.
- Experiência previa en roles de gestión de proyectos o desarrollo de productos en la industria de servicios de suscripción o tecnología
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de desarrollo de productos y gestión de proyectos, como Agile o Scrum.
- Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multifuncionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con equipos diversos.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a objetivos.
