Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project briefs, gathering requirements, and managing production aspects on behalf of clients.
- Manage product and vendor pricing processes to deliver high-quality results within budget and deadline.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and ensure realistic production schedules while reducing rush charges.
- Support the account director or manager by gathering information for client presentations or monthly reports.
- Execute production efficiently according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in creative agencies, marketing, trade marketing, or client service environments.
- Strong attention to detail and proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface with senior-level professionals.
- High proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
