**Then come in and join our team as Business Development Manager of CT (Latin America)**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Latin American market of Computed Tomography. As the Business Development Manager for Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the region.

**Your mission and responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the introduction of the company's new product portfolio into Latin American countries.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns to support CT product launches and developments, coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition within the CT industry.
- Increases market share by identifying new business opportunities with existing customers and by prospecting new customers. Encourages the generation of sales leads through new sources.
- Travel within the region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Develop a detailed market entry strategy, taking into consideration market dynamics, competition, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of launch strategies and post-launch performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and refinements.
- Monitors the team's performance and uses the tools available for its development such as on-the-job training, in-class training, and feedbacks.
- Ensures resources are utilized within the defined cost budget for the business year.
- Support planning processes.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience in areas of product management or sales management.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American business landscape and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong teamwork, written communication, and time management skills are crucial.

- Kowledge of the market and dynamics of the healthcare market.
- Experience in business and/or sales management.
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge in portfolio management and business development.
- Proficiency in sales management and forecasting.
