As a **Documentation Specialist,** you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- AES filling, export documentation I.E, MBL, HBL.
- Ensuring all shipment documentation is in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Prepare export document.
- Create the Booking with shipping lines, putting these booking into Magaya (System) and sending all the booking information to the customer as well.
- Make sure that the loading process is being done in time before the cuts
- Documentation work.
**Requirements**:

**Minimum requirements**:
- ** Studies**: High School Degree or preffered bachelor´s degree in International Business or related.
- **Experience**: At least** 8 months to 2 years in Freight Forwarding industry **and bilingual experience.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills B2+ - C1/C2.
**Perks**:
- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: This position is only in Medellín On-site Parque del Poblado.
- **Salary**: To be defined based on experience.
