- Ingeniero Mecánico, Eléctrico, Electrónico, Electromecánico, Mecatrónico, Ambiental, Industrial.
- Años _y _área de experiência_
- Mínimo 1 año en procesos de manufactura y manejo de personal.
- Conocimientos técnicos_
- Proceso productivo, controles de proceso y calidad, Control y manejo de materiales. Ofimática (office intermedio, Excel básico-intermedio), sistemas de gestión y preferiblemente SAP (modulo - PR3, nível básico)- Competencias_
- Habilidades de liderazgo, Excelente comunicador - Escucha activa, Trabajo en equipo, Inspirador - Motivador, Análisis y solución de problemas, Orientación al Logro (Excelencia), Ágil, Promotor, Proactividad y Resiliencia. Comunicación en doble vía con líderes.- Experiência manejo de equipos.- Lugar de trabajo_

- Turnos rotativosPropósito del puesto: Liderar y administrar el equipo de trabajo y la unidad de negocio, de acuerdo con las estrategias de VPO y las políticas y principios de la compañía, garantizando la entrega del producto a cargo, con ánimo de asegurar el plan de producción, satisfaciendo las necesidades del negocio en términos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y requerimientos ambientales.

Funciones:

- Liderar y gestionar las necesidades básicas y de desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo (gestión de nomina, comunicación del contexto de la compañía, desarrollo de planes de entrenamiento, desarrollo de planes de engagement).
- Desarrollar la autonomía de su equipo de trabajo.
- Buscar el cumplimiento de sus metas individuales y de equipo basado en la implementación de VPO.
- Coordinar el cumplimiento del plan de producción asegurando los estándares de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, calidad, inocuidad, ambiental y los requisitos de ley.
- Analizar y prevenir la recurrencia de desviaciones a través de métodos de solución de problemas, según VPO.
- Asegurar el cuidado de activos y las instalaciones en la operación a través de la adherencia de las practicas de mantenimiento (ATO, ventanas de mantenimiento, apoyo overhall).
- Validar los estándares de calidad de los SKUs a través de sesiones de catado diario.
- Conciliar la entrega de producto al deposito según controles SOX
