We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to join our team You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of agents to achieve the organization’s objectives and improve processes. You will provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.

Requirements
  1. 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  3. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
  4. Good level of general knowledge (history, current affairs).
  5. Experience with organizing team members, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  6. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; resourcefulness.
