El analista de Servicio al Cliente brinda soporte directo a los clientes internos y facilita las actividades transaccionales. Se espera que las personas que desempeñen esta función demuestren una comprensión básica de los procesos y productos de servicio al cliente de J&J y su interrelación. Se espera que el analista de SC colabore según sea necesario en todas las funciones para resolver problemas de entrada de pedidos. El analista de SC reporta directamente al Supervisor de servicio al Cliente, escalando problemas según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades Claves:
Responsable de las actividades de las órdenes de venta, que incluyen:

- Ingreso de pedidos a SAP (recibidos por correo electrónico o portales de clientes)
- Cumplimiento de las métricas de calidad y los SLA establecidos.
- Interactuar con otras áreas para escalar y encontrar soluciones
- Proponer y participar en actividades de mejora de procesos.

**Requisitos**:
Secundaria culminada, técnico o tecnólogo es un Plus

0-1 años de experiência

Habilidades técnicas: MS Office
- Habilidades en Office: Office estándar, correo electrónico, Outlook Professional
- Habilidades de servicio al cliente tales como:
