Como Customer services serás el responsable por el procesamiento y seguimiento de pedidos de los distribuidores desde su recepción hasta la coordinación de entrega, incluyendo la integración de procesos internos con finanzas, supply chain y proveedores específicos. Asi mismo, tendrás comunicación general con los distribuidores enviando documentos generados por otras áreas de Farm Technologies.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?:

- Recepción, de pedidos de clientes y distribuidores.
- Verificación de precios de los pedidos.
- Coordinar forma de envío con el distribuidor o cliente.
- Clasificación de los pedidos según familia de productos
- Creación y organización de carpetas de pedidos con documentación requerida.
- Ingreso de pedidos de distribuidores y clientes en SAP.
- Ingreso de pedidos de fábricas GEA (USA, Alemania, Argentina, Brasil) y otros proveedores en SAP y en la plataforma correspondiente.
- Emisión de ordenes de producción de línea de higiene (químicos) y envío a maquilador local.
- Comunicación con clientes, distribuidores, fabricas y otros proveedores para seguimiento de los pedidos
- Coordinación y seguimiento con finanzas en temas de: estado de cuenta, pagos de distribuidores y facturación.
- Coordinación fabrica / distribuidor para la entrega de pedidos exworks
- Seguimiento fábrica / área supply chain para entrega de materia prima línea de higiene a Maquilador.
- Revisión de stock materia prima de higiene y tramite de pedidos.
- Recepción y procesamiento de reclamaciones no técnicas de los pedidos.
- Apoyo administrativo y seguimiento a garantías y reclamaciones técnicas según indicaciones del área técnica.
- Gestión de pedidos de compra y licenciamiento de software (DairyPlan / DairyNet)
- Reporte consolidado de estatus de pedidos en proceso y entregados.
- Reporte de márgenes de pedidos procesados.
- Reporte de avance de pedidos y facturación frente a budget a cada línea de productos.
- Envío comunicaciones a administrativas a los distribuidores.

¿Qué educación, conocimientos y experiência necesitas?
- Grado universitario o tecnológico en administración o ingeniería.
- MS Office, SAP, Power BI.
- Ingles B1
- Experiência con comunicación con clientes y proveedores.
- Servicio al cliente
- Comunicación efectiva y asertiva con diferente tipo de personalidades.

Deseable haber trabajado y tener experiência en:

- Procesamiento de pedidos
- Ventas.
- Experiência en trato con distribuidores y/o clientes.
- Habilidad para aceptar rechazos y quejas y encontrar soluciones y la forma de motivar a los clientes nuevamente.
