**About The Role**

The **Customer Development Administrative Specialist **participates in advanced analytics projects and fundamental Business Intelligence analytics (reporting and simplification), also supports the analysis and implement new processes to improve our company’s performance and collaborates in the implementation of the right visualization of reports, analysis and dashboards to drive business decisions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the Implementation of Analytics Plan, participating in simplification report process, building the data Lake and automation / visualization using global IT tools like Domo and Sigma
- Creates new visualization and analytics according to Colgate needs to support the decision making process and strategic scenarios to growth
- In charge of distributing daily flash report Andina, monthly and quarterly net sales, invoiced sales and tons by Customer Development Team, Subcategory and Territory.
- Responsible for Quality requirements, requests and new segmentations and enhancements in customers data
- Minimizes the impact of Revenue Recognition by giving visibility to the sales force about the orders that are not scheduled to be delivered in the current month, in order for them to do their best by coordinating with logistics and the customer to be delivered in the month
- Consolidates month and quarter sales estimate and with this information projects the potential organic growth and gives visibility to the managing team of the current situation, so they can take immediate actions
- Lead planning process in Atlas by each CDT
- Lead SLE x CDT each week
- Generates key files for the commercial meetings
- Understanding and managing Master Data updated for the region
- Colombia Customer Development Compensation Plan, Definition, support and simulators

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business administration, Industrial Engineers, Economy, Marketing, System technique, International Business or Statistics
- English Intermediate (B2+)
- Excel proficiency
- Creative & curious mindset
- Analytical skills, sense for details & accuracy
- Organized & Efficient & Reliable
- Teamwork approach
- Planning/Priority Settings
- Previous experience in data analytics/insights or related field (1+ Year)
- Proven Data Science experience
- Experience managing SQL
- Python (Is a plus)
