**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Telco professional with a techno-commercial approach and good understanding of 5G and Cloud environment, to identify, analyze, design and develop commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for our customers in the LATAM Region.

In this role, you will be able to attract profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

This is a magnific opportunity to drive technical insights to the KAM organization, providing strong value argumentation for product positioning and network evolution strategy

**What you will do**:

- Communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reports.
- Take lead in defining Cloud strategies and evolution plans for the market area addressing key customer asks.
- Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions, propose solutions covering business requirements.
- Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization
- Closely collaborate with solution area, product development and customer.

**You will bring**:

- Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics or related academic background (MBA would be outstanding).
- Consultative selling skills and good knowledge of Ericsson Cloud Products and solutions (or any other vendor portfolio).
- Good understanding of Cloud concepts (OpenStack, virtualization, Storage, Containerization, & Networking, CEE, SDN, NFVI, CNIS)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Excellent communication a presentation skills are key.
