**Cargo**: Industry Sales Manager - Cali

**Roles + Responsabilidades**
**Foco: Sector industrial de Alimentos y Bebidas, Farmacéutico y Cuidado Personal.**
- Liderar y gestionar el equipo de ventas asignado, enfocándose en el desarrollo continuo y en el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos.
- Brindar tutoría y coaching al equipo de ventas como una forma de desarrollar su equipo.
- Responsable de identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Negociar contratos, acuerdos comerciales, proyectos y otras oportunidades de negocio con los clientes.
- Diseñar, monitorear, medir y asegurar la ejecución de planes estratégicos a través de los canales de venta.
- Responsable de desarrollar planes de ventas y diseñar pronósticos en sus industrias de operación.
- Responsable de soportar las actividades de calidad en materia de comunicaciones con clientes y mejora continua de los procesos internos.
- Interactuar positivamente con los demás equipos de ventas y otras áreas de la empresa, promoviendo siempre la armonía y los valores corporativos de la organización.
- Responsable de asegurar que su equipo de ventas utilice las herramientas necesarias para realizar la gestión comercial, incluido el uso estratégico del CRM.
- Visitar a los clientes y discutir planes de evolución de cuentas.
- Formar parte del equipo de lideres de Colombia, aportando siempre al crecimiento y evolución del centro de ventas.

**Calificación + Perfil**
- Profesional en ingenierías de Instrumentación y Control, Automatización, Industrial, Química, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o afines. Deseable con posgrado en Ventas y/o Mercadeo.
- Experiência específica y conocimiento en automatización e instrumentación industrial.
- Experiência mínima de 8 años en ventas del sector Industrial, en instrumentación y control.
- Experiência como líder de equipo de ventas B2B.
- Experiência en gestión y desarrollo de personas.
- Amplio conocimiento del mercado, aplicaciones del sector y de clientes de las industrias de alimentos y bebidas, farmacéutica y cuidado personal.
- Nível de inglés: Avanzado, B2 o superior.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Se requiere tener vehículo
