Together with analytics team leaders you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

- Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders
- Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
- Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus

**Perfil**
- Profesional en Sistemas, Administración, ingeniería Industrial o afines
- Mas de 3 años de experiência preferiblemente en compañías de consumo masivo en áreas de generación y análisis de información para ventas, trade marketing o mercadeo
- Experiência en el manejo de herramientas de bases de datos, Business Intelligence, cursos en Ciencia de Datos, Big Data
- Inglés Avanzado Oral y Escrito.

**Funciones**
- Desarrollar, sustentar y presentar análisis de informacion que permitan identificar oportunidades de negocio a nível de ventas, productividad y eficiencias, considerando los principales kpis y los objetivos y estrategias del negocio.
- Analizar objetivamente preguntas, hipótesis y resultados de cara a las necesidades del negocio.
- Preparar y sustentar con claridad y fluidez los hallazgos ante audiencias tanto técnicas como no técnicas y posibles soluciones.
- Desarrollar dashboards en una plataforma de autoservicio que le permita a los usuarios finales ajustar los parámetros para formular sus propias preguntas y evaluar los impactos en tiempo real; al igual que apoyar a través de la informacion los proyectos que este adelantando la organización.
- Garantizar la confiabilidad y consistencia de la informacion.
- Capacitar y brindar soporte a los usuarios funcionales de las herramientas de informacion

**Habilidades**
- Capacidad para abastecer, recopilar, organizar, procesar, modelar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados o no estructurados; para posteriormente preparar y presentar para la toma de decisiones y la resolución de problemas
- Tener la capacidad de compartir resultados a través de dashboards o aplicaciones de autoservicio.
- Pensamiento crítico y alta capacidad de análisis para derivar conclusiones y Resolución proactiva de problemas
- Traducir los datos en resultados que trabajen para la organización, sentido del negocio
- Comunicación efectiva y alta capacidad de influenciar (sin autoridad)

**C **ompetencias Técnicas**
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de informacion y Herramientas de Business Intelligence (preferiblemente Tableau y Power BI) que le permita desarrollar dashboards y modelos de datos eficientes y sostenibles.
- Conocer y aplicar prácticas y técnicas analíticas (machine learning, deep learning ), curiosidad intelectual, que le permita profundizar en los resultados superficiales y supuestos iniciales, que conduzcan a la búsqueda de respuestas y verdades subyacentes
- Conocimiento estadístico y matemático que le permitan realizar análisis de datos exploratorios e identificar patrones y relaciones.
- Agilidad para manejo y soporte de sistemas de Información.
