The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for driving crucial Marketing campaigns for Rappi’s Paid Media channels (Google UAC, Programmatic, Meta, Tiktok, X) from ideation phase to experiment design, budget management, execution, result analysis and presentation. Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for driving crucial Marketing campaigns for Rappi’s Paid Media channels (Google UAC, Programmatic, Meta, Tiktok, X) from ideation phase to experiment design, budget management, execution, result analysis and presentation. Campaigns will be mainly performance driven but will also include Branding. He/she will be expected to:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and best practices.- Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Branding and Martech.- Build long-term relationships with key Media partners, working with them to maximize channel’s efficiency via campaign optimization, effective testing and roll-out of new products and features.- Work with his/her manager to effectively lead our external implementation agency.- Take optimization decisions with a data-driven mindset.
Outcomes:
Bring new users and orders with efficient CAC/CPOs.
Maximize brand impact of Rappi’s campaigns via Brand Lift methodology.
Effective budget management between countries and channels under his/her scope, with an efficiency driven mind-set and data driven approach.
Contribute to Paid Media’s team knowledge by continuous learning, robust testing and effective communication.
About the job:
You will make decisions around how to invest Rappi’s budget in the most effective way to achieve results (new users, CAC, GMV, orders, brand impact), and will be responsible (together with your manager) for optimization and maintenance of the channels you manage across multiple LATAM markets.
Experiment, measure, analyze and build rapport on performance of your countries and channels and impact on the overall business.
Build hypotheses and leverage testing (A/B tests, geo-test, incrementality tests) to push the channels’ measurement agenda, improving always-on results via experimentation.
Act as a Project Leader for channel initiatives within the Performance Team and in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Adtech, CRM, BI, Branding, Product, Finance).
Build powerful business relations with media-channel partners (i.e: Google, Jampp, Liftoff, etc) to increase knowledge and implement alpha/beta product testing. Be a media expert.
Review cohorts, CACs, user retention, diminishing return curves, LTV and other data to drive your optimization decisions.
Understand creatives - what works well and what doesn’t and generate recommendations. Work with brand stakeholders to ensure the best practices are implemented and provide proactive, structured and timely feedback.
Control performance of your markets/channels on a weekly basis, suggesting actions paths to yiur manager in order to achieve our ambitious targets.
You will be reporting directly to the Paid Media Manager for your channels/markets.
**Required Skills**:
2-4 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment.
Expert knowledge of Meta or Google UAC. Needs to know his/her way around the media platforms in general..
Data-driven decision making. Strong with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Great communication and presentation Skills. Must be comfortable with expositions to leadership (Managers/Directors/VP).
Confident working with stakeholders across product, tech, brand, customer service, sales and external partners.
Exceptional problem-solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with high complex business challenges
Proactive, result-driven, analytical, critical thinking and resilient.
Education: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration.
Desirable features:
Portuguese
- SQL skills is a plus
Working knowledge of analytics & tracking tools (e.g Appsflyer, Amplitude, Singular, PowerBi)
