**The Position**

**Responsibilities**
- Market research for potential IT investment opportunities in specific industries
- Find potential accounts (companies) on LinkedIn and other available sources
- Analyze IT job descriptions on companies' websites
- Find potential customers on LinkedIn and other available sources
- Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), cold call, engage and qualify leads
- Execute and accurate company (TEAM International) introduction during business correspondence (LinkedIn/E-mail)
- Follow up on leads on regular basis
- Set up introductory calls with the Account Executive
- Prepare company profiles for the intro calls and share it with the Account Executive
- Write notes during and after the intro calls
- Upload and update prospect, account and intro call data in the CRM
- Continue to expand knowledge in sales and IT (Coursera)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in identifying sales leads among new and existing customers and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in developing new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, mailings, and tradeshows.
- Experience working in software company’s is a big plus.
- 6 months to a year proven work experience in sales or customer service.
- Professional, determined, and results-oriented.
- Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter.
- Microsoft Suite basic skills.
- Social Media Knowledge (LinkedIn)
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills; ability to present and influence at a high level.
