We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team at Bilingual Corporation.

The BDR will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our BPO services, and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and target markets for BPO services
  • Research and gather information on potential customers to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of BPO services and addressing any concerns or objections
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services

Qualifications:

  • Preferably from Guadalajara or Monterrey.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced English level

Pay:
From $1,800,000 per month
