Siempre Grocery Stores operates in the retail sector, specializing in WIC product and featuring an array over 50 baby formulas, brand-name dairy products, and fresh items.

As a Sales Executive at Siempre Grocery, your primary duties include:
1. Conducting market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs, thereby influencing strategic decision-making.

2.Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms to expand our customer base.

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening attentively to their wishes and concerns, and tailoring our offerings to meet their needs.

4. Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our extensive range of products and services.

5. Creating regular reviews and reports containing financial and sales data, contributing to informed decision-making within the company.

6. Ensuring stock availability for sales and demonstrations, playing a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.

7. Negotiating and closing agreements while effectively managing complaints or objections.

8. Collaborating with team members to enhance overall sales results.

9. Collecting feedback and opinions from current or prospective customer and sharing valuable insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Demonstrable experience as a sales executive or in a related position.
- Mastery of English.
- Excellent knodge of MS Office.
- Thorough understawlending of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

**Education**:
**Bachelor's Degree: Ideally in commerce, international trade, sales, or administration.**

**Experience**:
**Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail products or a related field.**

**About the job**
- This is a full-time remote job (40 hours per week on average)
- Schedule availability, work from home with stable and fast internet, preferred 2 screen access.
- Schedule between 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday some Saturdays
- 40 hours paid vacation aftr 1 year based on employee accrual.
- Employee must supply their own equipment.

Pay: $19,000 per hour
