**What you’ll be doing**:
- Manage and optimize inbound sales channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with all leads, while also identifying and pursuing outbound opportunities when necessary.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, with a strong focus on delivering solid, persuasive closes.
- Maintain a high standard of operational efficiency by ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and tracked within our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff from lead generation to customer onboarding.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to continuously improve sales processes
- and strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads and suggestions for improvement.
- Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, ensuring that potential customers are successfully converted into satisfied clients.
**Who you are**:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, telcos, insurance, or training industries, with a strong focus on inbound sales and a proven ability to close deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through inbound channels, with additional experience in outbound sales as a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
- English level: B2 or above.
