- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- Salary: USD (Negotiable).
- English required: B2 or Higher
- Experience: 1 - 2 years (Not a dealbreaker).
- US Holidays OFF.
- **ENGLISH CURRICULUM IT'S A MUST.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to fulfill product inquiries, provide quotes, and confirm orders.
- Demonstrate at least 1 or 2 years of proven sales and customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
- Thrive in our ambitious startup atmosphere, where high energy and proactive attitudes are valued.
- Execute outbound warm calling initiatives with defined metrics.
- Research and pursue sales leads to expand our client base.
- Maintain meticulous records of quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule to collaborate effectively with global teams.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within a sales department.
- Having a charming, courteous, and friendly personality attitude will give you extra points.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to secure sales.
- Display an assertive and results-oriented sales personality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
- Proficient negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher; fluent English skills are non-negotiable.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
