**Misión del rol**:
**Principales funciones**:

- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de pago en Meta y Google Ads.
- Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y ajustar estrategias basadas en datos para mejorar continuamente el ROAS y otros KPIs relevantes.
- Llevar a cabo experimentos regulares en Shopify para optimizar la tasa de conversión, incluyendo pruebas A/B, personalización del contenido y mejoras en la experiência del usuario.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros miembros del equipo de marketing para asegurar una coherencia en todas las campañas y maximizar el impacto general de las estrategias de marketing.
- Preparar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y presentar recomendaciones basadas en datos a la gerencia y a los stakeholders.

**Experiência/conocimientos**
- Experiência comprobada en la gestión de campañas en Meta y Google Ads.
- Conocimiento sólido de las herramientas y prácticas de optimización de tasas de conversión para Shopify.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiência en el manejo de datos para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Familiaridad con la plataforma Shopify y capacidad para implementar estrategias de marketing efectivas en este entorno.
- Experiência previa trabajando con múltiples marcas en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.
