**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Research**: Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify key decision-makers and understand market trends. Gather insights to tailor outreach strategies and messaging for effective engagement.
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to generate interest and set up meetings or demos.
- **Engagement and Relationship Building**: Initiate and nurture relationships with leads through personalized communication and follow-up efforts. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads to further the sales process.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies.
- **Customer-Oriented and Problem-Solving Skills**: You thrive on building relationships and assisting potential clients in finding solutions to their needs. Your fluency in English ensures seamless communication, fostering trust and understanding with customers.
- **Analytical Proficiency**:Your advanced Excel skills enable you to manage data efficiently and generate insightful reports, providing valuable insights for sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Software Tool Proficiency**: With your familiarity with various software tools such as appointment scheduling software, modern CRMs, support ticketing systems, and communication tools, you streamline operations and enhance sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and the sales team.
