**As a Customer Service Agent, you get to**:
- Help customers solve their issues in a timely manner and creative way.
- Educate & motivate customers through the collections process & available payment options.
- Contact consumers with past-due credit obligations and working with them to facilitate payment.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English level (B2) - Excellent verbal, written, and reading skills
- High school diploma
- Chat experience is a plus
- Basic PC keyboarding skills plus basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
