As a Customer Service Associate, you will solve customer questions and complaints by acting as the trusted advisor; you will be the voice of the customer. Through chats, emails, and calls, you will need to record all customer interactions and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods. Your focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience and building customer trust during each interaction.

Role Overview

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls, chat, and email. Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information to provide a positive customer experience and build trust.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Proficient in English (B2+ or Advanced)
  2. Comfortable using computers
  3. Strong service orientation
