Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our team in Medellin or Bogota. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing inbound marketing strategies, with a focus on website maintenance, content creation, email campaigns, social media management, and SEO optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Manage website maintenance and updates, including creating and optimizing webpages and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Develop and execute intent-based email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions throughout the sales funnel.
- Implement and manage LinkedIn, Google, and other paid advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and leverage new tools and techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Good energy, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
