Estamos buscando Customer Excellence (English/Spanish) para importante compañía de portafolio que brinda servicios a clientes en Estados Unidos. Serás responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, atendiendo consultas, cotizaciones de servicio, resolviendo problemas, agendando equipo de operaciones y promoviendo la venta de los productos y servicios de la compañía a través del servicio.

Sales:
Identificar y calificar potenciales oportunidades de ventas y dirigirlas adecuadamente al equipo en Estados Unidos.Responder preguntas de potenciales clientes y familiarizarlos con los productos y servicios.
Skills:
Proactividad, atención al detallePasión por el servicio Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español.Actitud comercial con la capacidad de ayudar a resolver problemas a los clientes.Habilidades Técnicas: Competencia en el uso de software CRM, sistemas de tickets y herramientas de OfficeCapacidad para analizar problemas y encontrar soluciones creativas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones.Comprensión de la cultura empresarial y las expectativas del cliente en Estados Unidos.
