Be part of our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Handle complaints effectively, provide accurate product information, and process orders. Maintain professionalism in all interactions and follow company communication guidelines.


Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: 6 DAYS A WEEK (rotating shifts) | 2:00 am to 11:00 am / 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Work setup: Onsite, Bogota/Medellin


Customer Delight: Your Daily Duties as a Service Representative

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically.
  • Provide accurate information on products, orders, shipping, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
