Objetivo:
Como Assistant Brand Manager en Reckitt, tendrás la oportunidad de nutrir nuestras marcas con conocimiento estratégico y creatividad.

Buscamos un profesional dinámico que pueda contribuir al desarrollo y posicionamiento de las marcas, identificando insights que se conviertan en acciones y desarrollando campañas de marketing memorables que contribuyan a los objetivos de negocio.

Su misión es hacer crecer las marcas con su talento y compromiso con la excelencia.

Tus responsabilidades:

  • Contribuir al desarrollo de la visión y estrategia de nuestras marcas, elevando nuestra presencia en el mercado y rentabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar actividades del plan de marketing anual, incluida la estrategia, planes de medios, creatividad y la alineación con los equipos multifuncionales garantizando una implementación exitosa del plan.
  • Gestionar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de la marca, asegurando una ejecución perfecta de las estrategias de marketing
  • Apoyar la ejecución de lanzamientos de productos e innovaciones.
  • Realizar un seguimiento regular del desempeño de la marca y sus principales KPI ́s
  • Administración del presupuesto de marcas, monitoreando el gasto para asegurar un óptimo retorno de la inversión y crecimiento de la marca.

La experiência que buscamos:

  • Contar con título universitario
  • 2 años de experiência en marketing
  • Conocimientos Medios (ATL, Digital, BTL), Herramientas de MKT, Análisis de Data de Mercado, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Administración de presupuesto
  • Analisis de Datos e identificacion de insights
  • Manejo Planes de Medios y sus respectivos KPIs (ATL y DIGITAL)
  • Procesos de Briefing y Desarrollo Campañas Creativas con Agencias Creativas
  • Creatividad
  • Comunicación efectiva
  • Proactividad
