IT Technical Support, para formar parte de nuestro equipo global. Es una oportunidad para trabajar en modelo
Freelance.



¿Qué harás?


  • Manejar la cuenta corporativa de Microsoft Admin Center. Licenciamiento, generación de cuentas, activación y desactivación de cuentas, configuraciones avanzadas por cuentas.
  • Configuración de nuevos equipos (laptops, desktops, móviles) con O365, Teams, OneDrive y otras herramientas.
  • Configuración de dominios y soluciones en la nube
  • Soporte remoto a los usuarios a lo largo de todo LATAM a través de Teams, TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop, WhatsApp, Celular o otros métodos.
  • Seguimiento y resolución de tickets de soporte en los tiempos adecuados y según SLA's.
  • Comunicación proactiva de cambios de sistemas operativos, parches, versiones de software y otros a los usuarios y apoyo durante los cambios incluyendo documentación y tutoriales.



¿Qué necesitas?


  • 3 años de experiência mínima laboral demostrada como Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico, Ingeniero de Soporte de Escritorio, Técnico de Help Desk de TI o puestos similares.
  • Excelente conocimiento de sistemas informáticos, dispositivos móviles, sistemas operativos, software, networks, DNS, dominios, IP y otros.
  • Experiência en soporte a usuarios finales usando Office 365, Teams, Outlook, TeamViewer, OneDrive, Azure, Microsoft Admin Center y otras herramientas.
  • Experiência en WordPress (ideal, pero no es requisito)
  • Experiência en SharePoint
  • Experiência brindando soporte remoto a usuarios en distintos países de LATAM y durante horario laboral.
  • Excelentes habilidades blandas y de comunicación hacia los usuarios y empleados de Talentus.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar como freelance 56 horas por semana y a excepción fuera del horario laboral solo en situaciones de emergencia.
