We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for the management of overall inbound business development and outbound prospecting pipeline building strategy and execution by guiding the Sales Development Representatives.
You will lead a small team based in Colombia, set weekly and monthly KPIs and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to devise the best tactics to increase lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Executing the overall strategy around SDR activity for handling inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Monitoring, supporting and coaching sales development representatives with cold calling, prospecting, followup calls and booking meetings.
- Aligning with marketing and sales leaders and teams to strategically and predictably fill pipeline with qualified prospects and customers for their territories, including around ABM or other strategic approaches
- Ensuring the sales development KPIs are being hit on a weekly and monthly basis by conducting regular assessment of progress regarding weekly and monthly forecasts
- Conducting performance management reviews to ensure direct reports are developing and that goals and expectations are aligned
- Coaching and training the SDR talent track by monitoring people in line for promotion and enabling others to progress in their career
- Assisting sales managers with exceeding their team goals and pipeline
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience in the SaaS space
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in software sales
- Prior experience cold calling, prospecting and creating pipeline for a SaaS software team
- Experience managing, coaching and hiring new team members
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
- Excellent presentation and listening skills; ability to communicate effectively with multiple senior management and Clevel contacts
- Processdriven and numbersoriented, highly methodical
- Must be able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently while supporting and motivating a team
- Management of pipelines, territories, forecasting and processes
