Mantener una comunicación abierta y constante con el cliente respecto esta extensión de su operación - conforme al protocolo de seguimiento correspondiente - para fortalecimiento de la relación comercial a través de la oportuna y adecuada gestión del talento contratado.


  • Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de las labores de los equipos de trabajo para alcanzar y mantener un alto desempeño en el cumplimiento de los KPIs de cada cargo.
  • Supervisar y revisar la documentación de tareas de los colaboradores en el formato de SOP para socializarlo con el cliente y prevenir pérdida de posiciones por posible rotación.
  • Reportar todas las novedades de los colaboradores en el formato de novedades para la correcta y oportuna facturación a los clientes.
  • Analizar, proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos de cada cuenta con base en el análisis de los datos y procesos de los diferentes indicadores para general valor tanto al cliente como a los colaboradores.
  • Dar gestión y respuesta oportuna a las inquietudes, sugerencias e inconformidades de los colaboradores respecto a procesos de las áreas de soporte de la operación; a saber, nómina, contratación, talento humano, bienestar, TI, entro otros; para garantizar su bienestar y permanencia dentro de la compañía.

Requisitos:

Tener b2 en ingles

Tener un titulo (tecnico, tecnologo o profesional) relacionado a la oferta laboral (negocios internacionales, administracion de empresas, etc O Tener experiência como supervisor
