Kenvue Inc is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate and complete financial records for all intercompany transactions.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  5. Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service center or multinational corporation.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficient in ERP systems, such as SAP, and MS Office, particularly Excel.
