About the Role

As a key member of the Orange Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance in all areas, including statutory accounting, local tax compliance, payroll, local audits, and foreign exchange applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll matters, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Supervise outsourced suppliers for indirect and direct taxes, as well as statutory accounts, in support of the Area Controller.
  • Collaborate with the Fixed Asset team to ensure accurate location information and asset tagging.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including sending invoices to the relevant RFC offices.
  • Maintain records of all documents and transactions required by local laws.
  • Support the GL team in coding non-compliant invoices.
  • Assist the collection team in visiting customers as needed.
  • Escalate inquiries from internal or external customers to the Area Controller or RFC personnel as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of systems and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with other in-country functions to deliver Finance Operations' key objectives.
About You
  • Language skills: local language and English.
  • Accounting or equivalent experience, with multinational experience highly desirable.
  • Detailed country knowledge and experience.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
