As part of the HR services team, provide support in all administrational tasks and processes as part of the Service Catalogue.

Support and assist in undertaking all HR related tasks to ensure we are delivering best in class HR support and quality service to our business partners, line managers, and employees.

The Senior Specialist takes over increasing responsibilities for his/her dedicated support area.- Key Responsibilities

  • Execute seamless onboarding and exit processes of employees in the respective business areas. Manage more complex employee lifecycle cases including Severance and Non-Compete processes.
  • Drive all administrative tasks with regard to employee changes, such as issuing new letters or other required documents
  • Manage Mobility processes including package creation and administration of assignment details.
  • Maintain current HR systems and be responsible for data accuracy management. Assist with mass uploads of data.
  • Govern data quality and drive compliance with the global HR data model including training
  • Reporting Network Member managing monthly local and global reporting activities including nonpayroll relevant data audits and adhoc reporting
  • Tracking of paperwork and employee eFile maintenance
  • Proactively collaborate with Payroll department to ensure employee data integrity
  • Consult HR partners on processes and present solutions to situations that arise. Partners to ensure constant and proper information flow and processing requests in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ownership of ticketing (HR Systems and IT interfaces) for respective HR Management and business area
  • Keep knowledge base up to date in close cooperation with all HR Services Specialists
  • Provide support and knowledge to the team specialists

  • Qualifications
  • University Degree (Bachelor)
  • Bachelor Degree or 34 years related experience
  • Specialization in HR management preferred
  • Strong MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint) userknowledge
  • Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP-HR (PA, PY, OM)
