Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of the process of staffing, compensation & benefits for employees in the GBS Bog are delivered timely to ensure the compliance of labor legislation and corporate guidelines
  • Support execution of the Talent management cycle activities throughout the year. (Performance Standard alignment, closing, TLU). Generate reports to provide visibility to the business and follow up to ensure on time closing.
  • Provide support in the execution of alignment in personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments in close cooperation with country Rewards to guarantee consistent salary management process. Also support execution of offcycles or any irregular compensation/benefits processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives at every level in the designated areas through effective motivation, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents.
  • Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply the internal processes and local legal requirements. Application of exit interviews, analyzing the data/results to find insights to work on.
  • Administer SAP structure changes/request Aspen tickets to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures. Ensure regular and proper updates on the system and all relevant HR lists (applicants, open positions, new employees/ transfers/ leaves, information for controlling department etc)
  • Participate of recruitment process to designated areas in P level positions to assure the quality of the process.
  • Ensure vendors management and purchase orders administration.
  • Manage GBS roles (new and replacement) Personnel Requisitions administration, and activate any personnel actions with HR Services.
  • Follow up on personnel data base and administration of area KPIs.
  • Support the execution of HR projects, ensuring the involvement of key stakeholders and deadlines being met.
  • Ensure Job descriptions are available and uptodate as well as the org charts for all teams

  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in Human Resources or related area
  • 35 years relevant work experience in the HR / Administrative area
