EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Senior Manager to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota CO.


We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner and a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, change management, employee engagement, compensation, and talent management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a fouryear college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles
  • Knowledgeable in all Colombian HR legislations (compensation, benefits, retention, engagement, payroll, etc.)
  • Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level

  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters
  • Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Streamline the HR process and drive automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to function in a fastpaced environment and work under pressure
  • Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate
  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
