Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Responsible for Personnel Management activities within the payroll, employment termination, vacation, leaves and labor routines subsystems, in order to ensure compliance with internal policies and current legislation
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Manager HR Services to manage and coordinate Rewards Cycle Activities (Aim2Score, Salary Round, Salary Benchmarking, Budgeting)
  • Collaborate with Manager HR Services in Benefits Compensation and Sales Incentive initiatives
  • Coordinate local Company Sports to ensure they stay within Budget and monetary participation levels
  • Responsible for completing all mobility related documentation to ensure a seamless relocation process
  • Responsible for benefits administration
  • Build and maintain updated personnel files information in SAP and HR database within employee lifecycle
  • Processing the billing and HR Rewards purchase orders process via Ariba.
  • Assist employees in legislationrelated issues, as well as the company's policies and procedures, and administrative requirements (work letters, embassy letters, etc) to provide proper guidance or solution
  • Monitor time record through electronic system to ensure the accuracy of the data included in the employees' payroll
  • Manage all SAP actions movement to ensure that is up to date and accurate
  • Support Rewards HR operations as needed in order to accomplish the rewards service level agreements
  • Manage the social security system such as registrations, reimbursements, exclusions, changes, etc. according to current legislation.
  • Manage employee enquiries related to HR Services processes

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 3 years experience in job or job function
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience
