This role acts as the primary benefit system administrator for "My Benefits" system and partners closely with the global and regional benefit teams to support the configuration and maintenance of the platform providing the best customer experience to all end users.

The role is responsible for being a liaison between Total Rewards Operations and the vendor to ensure the platform configuration and updates are implemented and maintained according to the establish rules and requirements.


A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Primary My Benefits platform administrator. (i.e., update system texts/descriptions, setup communication to be cascaded using the platform, ensure documents/guides are in place).

Gather geographical benefit rules and requirements to support system configuration updates in compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Assist and partner with the different regions and global teams to support My Benefits testing procedures including but not limited to country requirements, system configuration, reporting formatting and accuracy.

Conduct audits between platform, Vendor's, and other systems data to ensure accuracy in benefits, billing and employee deductions based on country rules.

Identify needs and integrate additional validation points for consistency and compliance.

:

-
Monitor and complete research to identify root cause for discrepancies in My Benefits system in partnership with vendor to resolve issues accurately.

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience in My Benefits system and support configuration process for changes including testing of functionality.

Run and/or prepare recurrent or ad-hoc reports for various internal and/or external stakeholders.

:

Support data downloading from My Benefits system and uploading to Global HR System as needed.

Manage escalated cases and provide responses to employees in accordance with the establish Service Level Agreement.

Prepare and maintain the My Benefits system operational documentation including but not limited to Process Mapping, SOP's, and FAQs for different supporting groups.

Work closely with the different teams, including vendors, to conduct ongoing optimization efforts.

Lead / participate in ad-hoc benefit projects.

:

Flex to assist other Total Rewards Operations activities in times of peak demand.

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

-
High school degree.

:

-
2 years of experience required in HR support, compensations or finance, providing support on human resources software and systems

:

-
Fluent English level.

:

-
Autonomy.

:

-
Team player.

:

-
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, & Teams

Basic knowledge of HR Management Systems / HR Information Systems functionality and general best practices

Experience in building strong working relationships with customer groups.

:

-
Demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer.

:

-
Ability to work in a fast based environment using your own initiative.

:

-
Strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills specially in Excel.

-
Strong verbal and writing communications skills.

:

-
Contributes to the completion of project milestones.

May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.

Demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area.

Experience with human resources software and systems such as My Benefits and Workday.
