Qualifications & experiences required:
- University degree in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- Proven experience in a multicountry, multiple legal entity environment.
- At least 5 year of experience in General Ledger Accounting /RecordtoReport area.
- Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model.
- Good knowledge of accounting, GAAP, corporate practices; IFRS knowledge and Basic knowledge in Taxes.
- Proactive and engaged attitude;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to details
- Knowledge in Office 365, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics ERP as beneficial.
- Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
- Good English language skills (written & Spoken).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in timely and accurate manager general accounting and reporting including processing journal entries, calculation of accruals, posting and process allocations.
- Perform period and year end closing operations on a timely and accurate basis.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of reports and accounts.
- Ensure the compliance of LSA and calendar for each process in charge.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external purposes.
- Prepare expenses variance analysis monthly for departments or business areas assigned.
- Completion of internal controls and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and reasonableness of balance sheet positions.
- Facilitate communication with TMF local offices to provide input to local jurisdiction specific activities.
- Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures (IFRS, USGAAP, LOCALGAAP).
- Support, followup and escalation of identified issues
- Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs
- Undertake all other work as requested.
