Overview Summary:

A BDR agent will make cold calls to introduce our company to potential clients, then passing interested parties up the food chain to be closed.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Create cold call lists for you and others to use.
  • Cold call to carriers to introduce our company.
  • Set up meetings for the lead salesmen.
  • Manage sales leads calendar
  • Triple confirm meetings to ensure potential clients are ready for meetings
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline of qualified leads
  • Research and explore new channels of connecting with and prospecting new clients

Job Requirements:
- preferred 2 year of experience in logistics operations.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal English along with organizational skills
  • Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and transportation management software
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
