NeoWork is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our clients while also engaging in sales activities to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to target potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and activity reports

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in outbound sales and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and clientfacing communication.
