La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá en la división de International Finance.

Que harás


Garantizar un excelente nível de servicio al cliente de manera eficiente, costo efectiva, a través del funcionamiento óptimo y coordinado de los procesos.


Dar Soporte en la gestión, control y grabación pedidos de legalización consumos enviados por los clientes, representante de ventas y/o Invetory track.

Atender y dar solución a las novedades de inventarios en consignación en clientes.


Generar reporte diario a la división de los pedidos legalizados (fecha, número OC, cliente, paciente, valor del pedido, número pedido SAP, número factura electrónica).

Analizar la causa raíz de las diferencias de inventario en consignación y aportar soluciones.

Seguimiento a traslados, devoluciones y tramites internos asociados a modelo de producto en consignación.

Reportar las novedades pedidos legalización (Ejecutiva Ventas/ Ejecutiva Servicio al cliente/ clientes)

Cualificaciones requeridas

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas
  • 3 años de experiência en servicio al cliente
