About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Operations Analyst to join our team at Telesign. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement process improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points and implement solutions.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customer operations are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and Service Cloud.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
