- Responsabilidades clave:_
- Realizar la planeación anticipada de actividades de acuerdo con los clientes y tareas asignadas.
- Registrar el tiempo invertido en la realización tareas y actividades asignadas en el sistema destinado para tal efecto por TMF
- Realizar el proceso de cálculo de nóminas: Registro de empleados en el sistema de nóminas y ante las autoridades correspondientes, solicitud, revisión y carga de incidencias, procesamiento dentro del mismo sistema
- Realización de cálculos de liquidación y/o indemnización por la baja de empleados, registrarla en nóminas y avisar a las autoridades correspondientes.
- Emisión, validación y entrega de reportes al supervisor, relaciones de nómina, acumuladas, comparativas y recibos.
- Emisión, validación y entrega de la póliza contable correspondiente al supervisor
- Emisión, validación y entrega de layouts/formatos/archivos de pago correspondientes al supervisor
- Realización de los procesos de cálculo y cumplimiento impuestos relacionados con la nómina como Impuesto Sobre la renta, Contribuciones de Seguridad Social e Impuestos Sobre Nóminas Estatal de acuerdo a cada entidad Federativa y entrega oportuna al supervisor.
- Requisitos:_
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Negocios o una carrera afín
- Experiência: 1 año
- Inglés: Intermedio, enfocado a la compresión de textos y escritura (B2)
- Software: Buen manejo MS Excel y Word (nível intermedio avanzado). Experiência en el manejo de ERP de nómina, preferentemente en Supernómina.
- Habilidades: Proactividad, iniciativa y atención al detalle. Ser una persona organizada y con apego a normas, para cumplir y crear procesos que garanticen una consistencia, coherencia y precisión en la información elaborada. Tener la capacidad de identificar y prever errores en relación con sus actividades.
