We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Juleshq. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand and maximizing opportunities through various channels, including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities- Drive demand through various channels, including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales team to maximize the number of inbound and outbound opportunities that are generated.
- Run email marketing efforts to existing customers to maximize engagement and nurture past opportunities.
- Create targeted prospect lists, prospecting flows, and outreach automation for both prospective and existing customers.
- Deploy a discretionary marketing budget toward events, experiments, and SEO to maximize opportunity generation.
- Codify efforts to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that generate conversions with an external content marketing team.
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
- A high level of experience and understanding of how B2B cold email works.
- Great proficiency using Hubspot.
- The ability to create and implement automation workflows in applications like Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, and Intercom without developer assistance.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working inside a startup environment.
- Up to 28 days PTO annually.
