About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Juleshq. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand and maximizing opportunities through various channels, including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive demand through various channels, including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to maximize the number of inbound and outbound opportunities that are generated.
  • Run email marketing efforts to existing customers to maximize engagement and nurture past opportunities.
  • Create targeted prospect lists, prospecting flows, and outreach automation for both prospective and existing customers.
  • Deploy a discretionary marketing budget toward events, experiments, and SEO to maximize opportunity generation.
  • Codify efforts to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that generate conversions with an external content marketing team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
  • A high level of experience and understanding of how B2B cold email works.
  • Great proficiency using Hubspot.
  • The ability to create and implement automation workflows in applications like Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, and Intercom without developer assistance.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working inside a startup environment.
