En TD SYNNEX Estamos en la búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Preventa con 3 años de experiencia en roles de preventa, gestión de proyectos y procesos de capacitación en el ámbito de redes y seguridad.

Esta persona será el punto de contacto técnico clave en diversos proyectos. El puesto implica representar a TD Synnex en situaciones cruciales, centrándose especialmente en programas de educación y capacitación.

Educación y Certificaciones:
  • Ingeneriero de Sistemas, telecomunicaciones o afines
  • Certificaciones en soluciones de Seguridad
Habilidades Técnicas:
  • Amplio conocimiento y aplicación de estándares técnicos, principios, conceptos y técnicas avanzadas.
  • Conocimiento es redes y experencia en Seguridad
  • Comprensión general de disciplinas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de soluciones para problemas complejos que requieren análisis de datos avanzado y tecnología.
  • Buen juicio para determinar las mejores técnicas para lograr resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con criterio y discreción.
  • Experiencia representando a la organización como contacto técnico principal en proyectos o contratos.
  • Interacción con profesionales externos sobre asuntos técnicos importantes que requieren coordinación entre organizaciones.
Responsabilidades:
  • Impartición de programas de capacitación técnica para clases públicas y compromisos de educación externa privada.
  • Evaluación continua para garantizar que los programas de capacitación satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.
  • Recopilación de comentarios de los participantes para evaluar la impartición de la capacitación.
  • Brindar retroalimentación sobre la calidad de la impartición de la capacitación y los materiales del curso.
