As a Junior Advanced Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in making informed choices regarding the deployment, management, and utilization of Oracle technologies.

As a member of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you will be part of a global network of specialists, contributing to technology-driven initiatives and innovation programs aimed at continuous service enhancement.

Role Overview

Professionals in Customer Success Services (CSS) foster long-term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's prominent clients. Advanced Services Engineers (ASE) facilitate ongoing operational enhancements within Oracle environments. ASEs achieve this by utilizing Oracle's support-based intellectual property and leveraging customer experiences throughout their engagement with Oracle's technologies. Our objective is to ensure that every client derives maximum value from their Oracle Solutions by guiding them in making informed decisions regarding the deployment, management, and utilization of Oracle technologies.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Technical aptitude: A keen interest and understanding of cloud technology concepts. Proficiency in English. Strong communication skills: Ability to collaborate and articulate concepts effectively. Innovative mindset: Open to new ideas and challenges. Adaptability: Comfortable with change and capable of learning and adjusting in various environments. Proactive attitude: A hands-on approach to tasks and a commitment to achieving results. Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and planning abilities. High energy: Enthusiastic and eager to engage and influence others. Foster customer relationships with CSS focused on collaborative, long-term partnerships. Engage in problem-solving with guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures. Familiarity with Oracle products is advantageous but not essential. Maintain a professional demeanor. Availability to work during scheduled out-of-hours operations when necessary.
