Misión del cargo
Encargado de velar por la renovación de soportes y suscripciones de todo el portafolio vendido en la compañía.
Unos meses antes de concluir la vigencia de los contratos, se realiza todo el manejo comercial tanto con el Vendor como con nuestros partners para poder vender y mantener esa base activa en todos los clientes finales.
Este negocio representa hoy el 30% del numero total de la compañíaResponsabilidad (Qué hace)
- Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones de forma proactiva a clientes.
- Generar órdenes de compras y cotizaciones correspondiente a requerimientos del partner (no proactiva) ajustados a sus necesidades y tiempos.
- Atención y gestión de la relación con canales y fabricantes.
- Trabajo de la mano con el área de marketing para lograr mayor visibilidad en el envío de las ofertas.
- Alineación a la políticas establecidas por el área comercial.
Acciones (Cómo lo hace)
- Diseñar una agenda o cronograma de fechas de próximas renovaciones para el envío y seguimiento de órdenes de compras y cotizaciones.
- Atender el requerimiento de cotización o de compra en el menor tiempo posible.
- Atención a canales y fabricantes vía mail y telefónica para la gestión administrativa de la renovaciones, asesoría oportuna al canal para satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Elaboración y divulgación de un plan de marketing tanto a cliente interno (área comercial) como a cliente externo (fabricante).
- Envió de ofertas usando el margen establecido por cada unidad de negocio. Divulgación de un forecast periódico al área comercial.

Formación Académica
- Nível académico requerido: Profesional (DESEABLE).
