La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en Colombia en Electrofisiologia.

En el negocio de Electrofisiología (EP) de Abbott, estamos avanzando en el tratamiento de enfermedades cardíacas a través de tecnologías médicas innovadoras en la fibrilación auricular, lo que permite a las personas restaurar su salud y seguir adelante con sus vidas.


Como Field Clinical Specialist - EP Mapper, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar soporte clínico a los clientes usuarios de productos de la línea de electrofisiología, mediante la promoción y asesoramiento de los productos descartables del portafolio, así como mediante la operación de los equipos Biomédicos de EP en los procedimientos clínicos que sean requeridos.


Que harás

  • Realizar seguimiento con clientes a la programación de casos de los cuales se requiere soporte clínico.
  • Atender las asignaciones de procedimiento realizando de forma oportuna las gestiones para contar con productos/equipos requeridos para llevar a cabo el caso.
  • Promocionar los productos de la línea en todo momento siempre buscando el mayor beneficio para el paciente.
  • Asistir a las actividades de capacitación organizadas por la compañía.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre características, ventajas y beneficios de los productos/equipos de la compañía y argumentarlos al cliente mediante evidencia clínica.
  • Efectuar el reporte en plataforma Sales Force de las actividades realizadas de forma oportuna y veraz.
  • Realizar capacitaciones a clientes en operación de los equipos del portafolio de la línea llevando en todo momento el registro adecuado de ellas.
  • En caso de presenciar durante procedimiento un mal funcionamiento de un equipo o ser reportado por el cliente, efectuar solicitud escrita de fallas de equipos al área de Capital Service.
  • Velar por la optimización de los inventarios de productos EP buscando reducir el scrap de productos y al mismo tiempo garantizar la disponibilidad para realización de procedimientos.
  • Apoyar todas las funciones de Marketing y realizando un seguimiento continuo a los cambios de mercado y reportarlos de forma oportuna.

Cualificaciones requeridas

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Biomédica o afines.
  • Nível de inglés intermedio

Cualificaciones preferidas

  • Experiência de experiência comercial en la industria farmacéutica y / o biotecnológica con experiência sustancial en análisis y modelado de negocios
  • Habilidades analíticas e interpretativas.
  • Excelente relacionamiento y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
