La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en la división de Vascular Abbott.

Vascular ofrece productos innovadores, mínimamente invasivos y costos efectivos para el tratamiento de enfermedades vasculares.


Como Endovascular Clinical Specialist, tendrás la oportunidad de como parte del equipo de Endovascular para Latinoamérica Sur, brindar información para el desarrollo de tácticas de ventas/mercadeo, brindar apoyo educativo y experiência/orientación técnica a los colegas internos y la fuerza de ventas.


Que harás

  • Brindar apoyo clínico, capacitación y orientación a clientes actuales o potenciales
  • Responsable del conocimiento de productos endovasculares, usos clínicos y habilidades.
  • Conocer otros productos de Abbott Vascular en la División Cardiovascular (CV) según sea necesario.
  • Estar al tanto de los últimos desarrollos en tecnología y ensayos clínicos de productos Endovasculares, especialmente Stents, VC, VP, Balones, GW. El especialista clínico desarrollará un plan de estudios de educación personal.
  • En colaboración con el Gerente de Marketing, trabaja con clientes potenciales para educarlos sobre los productos de Abbott Vascular, lo que lleva a un aumento en el uso del producto en las cuentas corrientes
  • Como miembro del equipo de campo dentro de una geografía asignada (sur de América Latina), este puesto es responsable de brindar experiência clínica y técnica a colegas y clientes actuales o potenciales
  • Revisar los registros de formación de médicos antes de pasar al área de calidad para su revisión.

Cualificaciones requeridas

  • Carrera Profesional del área de la salud a saber: Enfermeria, Instrumentación Quirúrgica, Ingeniería Biomédica
  • 6 años de experiência laboral relacionada, competencia demostrada en experticia clínica

Cualificaciones preferidas

  • Más de [6] años de experiência en procedimientos cardiovasculares preferiblemente, en un hospital, o un rol similar (idealmente cateterismo cardíaco clínico u otro entorno técnico relacionado), además de Experiência en la formación de equipos de trabajo y profesionales sanitarios y en la ejecución de programas destinados a aumentar el uso de los productos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentación, liderazgo y entrenamiento y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno complejo.
  • Mostrar proactividad para tomar acciones para lograr los objetivos
  • Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas en español. Buen dominio del idioma inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar el 60 % del tiempo según sea necesario
  • Capacidad para manejar una carga de trabajo diversa y compleja.
