Acerca del puesto Brand Manager:

Importante empresa del sector de consumo masivo, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Brand Manager para Bogotá.

Dónde su misión será planear y ejecutar la estrategia de mercadeo a corto y mediano plazo para la categoría a nível regional, con el fin de garantizar los objetivos de largo plazo establecidos.


Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar estrategias y tácticas para el desarrollo de las marcas a corto y mediano plazo.
  • Coordinar los procesos que repercuten en los objetivos de las marcas con las áreas de soporte internas.
  • Ejecutar y controlar el presupuesto regional de las marcas con el fin de garantizar el resultado de volumen, venta neta y margen.
  • Analizar las diferentes fuentes de información (sellin, sellout, comportamiento de mercado, comportamiento de consumidor) con el fin de soportar y coliderar la toma de decisiones que afectan los objetivos de las marcas.
  • Liderar y ejecutar proyectos que impactan el corto y mediano plazo de las marcas (lanzamientos, temporadas, publicidad digital y BTL, etc.).
  • Soportar a la Gerencia de Categoría Senior Regional en proyectos de alta complejidad.
  • Direccionar al reporte directo en la ejecución de sus responsabilidades y en su desarrollo profesional.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en mercadeo, administración de empresas o áreas afines.
  • Experiência en mercadeo 5 años en adelante en consumo masivo.
  • Idioma Inglés avanzado.
