Misión del rol
Garantizar el flujo continuo de las operaciones de Recepción de Materiales, Almacenamiento, Gestión de Inventarios, Despachos y de Transporte, como soporte del Abastecimiento, la Distribución y la Logistica Inversa
Grantizar el cumplimiento de las operaciones internas de almacen como picking, packing, controles de inventario, acondicionamiento de productos importados, garantizar el optimo flujo de la logística inversa, asegurar el optimo funcionamiento de la gestion de los depositos externos y propios
Responsabilidades:
inspeccionar aleatoriamente los alistamientos, registrando las novedades que se presenten.
Solicitar los recursos requeridos para el proceso de picking, packing en almacen teniendo en cuenta la demanda y la optimización de recursos
Liderar trigger de seguridad en cada turno
Recibir y ejecutar plan de despachos teniendo en cuenta los recursos humanos, tecnicos, operacionales, emitido por distribución (Rutas locales, cupos nacionales, y exportaciones)
Aprobar el segundo control del proceso de acondicionamiento de producto ICA, INVIMA, y otros que se ejecuten dentro del centro de distribución, dentro del procedimiento
Garantizar la recepción diaria de producto terminado, procedente de importaciones, produccion locales, y proveedores locales según planes emitidos
Revision de novedades diarias en alistamiento y despachos ( Programa de comparentos)
Atender requerimientos especiales de los clientes para despacho, en su correcto alistameinto, vinipelado, y estibado
Actualización de WMS, descargue de pedidos y mantenimiento de ubicaciones, asegurar correctamente las entradas y las salidas
Gestionar correctamente las novedades de personal, ausencias, permisos, reporte a la temporal sobre contingencias e incapacidades etc.
Hacer seguimiento a la ejecución del cronograma de mejoramiento ( Tarjetas Verdes, tarjetas azules, tarjetas rojas, tarjetas de observacion, retroalimentacion al comportamiento, alertas de calidad, cursos ARL
Ejecutar los inventarios ciclicos diarios
Realizar mantenimiento y saneo de inventarios en WMS
Coordinar y autorizar horas extras, rutas adicionales, y almuerzos del personal a su cargo en el turno asignado
Garantizar la ejecucion del plan de mantenimientos de los equipos de manejo de carga con los proveedores autorizados
Garantizar apertura y cierre de las operaciones de almacen según su turno
Chequeo, revision, y entrega de alistamientos a rutas locales
Velar por el cumplimiento del reglamento interno del trabajo, reportando ausencias de personal, incumplimiento en horarios de trabajo.
Ejecutar el cronograma de desinfeccion y limpieza del centro de distribución según cronograma de BPM (Buenas Paracticas de Manufactura)
Revisar y supervisar la ejecución de la toma de temperatura y humedad relativa del centro de distribución según control de BPM (Buenas Practicas de Manufactura)
Aprobacion de permisos de trabajo especiales
Supervisión en campo de la ejecución de los permisos de trabajo
Elaborar sabanas de turnos semanal del personal de almacen
Asistir a las RTS de Almacen e Inventarios, reportar y atender las perdidas que se notifiquen a cargo de almacen
Realizar caminatas GEMBA en el centro de distribución para validar planes de trabajo y condiciones de risgo en el sitio.
Firmar checklist pre-operacional de equipos montacargasSupervisar el Almacenamiento por Compatibilidad Quimica
Revisar y registrar los datos de condiciones ambientales de la bodega (temperatura y % de humedad relativa). Archivar los registros correspondientes, donde no exista personal de calidad.
Operar montacargas según las normas establecidas por la Organización
Apoyar las investigaciones relacionadas a las diferencias de inventario
Asegurar el cronograma de desinfeccion y limpieza por rutina
Reportar mensualmente las novedades de personal para reportar a los proveedores de personal inhouse.
Backup en funciones de los cargos de Inventory Control Associate
Recibir y coordinar el acompañamiento del proveedor de control de plagas, muestreo de agua potable, inspecciones y correctivos de dispensador de agua potable,, donde no exista personal de calidad.
Otras funciones relacionadas con Distribución y Materiales inherentes al cargoRequisitos:
Profesional o Estudiante de últimos semestres (2) en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Quimica, Logística o carreras afines.
